These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website and services offered by ASHNET (hereinafter "Company"), based in Italy. By using the site or services, you fully accept these Terms.
ASHNET offers the following services: • IT assistance and consulting • Custom software development • Cloud infrastructure and hosting via ServiziCloud.net • Cyber security and compliance • Dedicated technical support Specific details for each service are defined in individual contracts or commercial proposals.
Some services may require account creation. The user is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for all activities conducted through their account. In case of unauthorized access, the user must promptly notify ASHNET.
The user agrees to: • Use the services in compliance with applicable laws. • Not attempt to access systems, networks, or data without authorization. • Not distribute malware, spam, or illegal content through the services. • Provide accurate and up-to-date information. • Not resell or sublicense the services without written authorization.
All website content, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of ASHNET or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without written authorization is prohibited.
ASHNET commits to guaranteeing the service levels agreed upon in individual contracts. Unless otherwise agreed, the uptime target for hosting and cloud services is 99.99%. In case of SLA breach, the remedies provided in the specific contract apply.
Payment terms are specified in individual commercial proposals or contracts. Unless otherwise indicated, invoices are issued monthly and must be paid within 30 days of issuance. Non-payment may result in service suspension.
To the extent permitted by law, ASHNET shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. • Service interruptions due to force majeure. ASHNET's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.
These Terms are valid indefinitely. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. ASHNET reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services in case of violation of these Terms, without notice.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Company is headquartered.
ASHNET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and, where possible, communicated to registered users via email. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance.
